I know that you haven’t been feeling very happy. It seems like you have it all on the outside but you are feeling a nagging unease within.

How do you make hard choices? Are you making faith-based or fear-based decisions?

I joked – “I did not choose Sales, Sales chose me.” I never thought I would end up in sales. I grew up thinking I was going to be in finance/accounting because my dad planted that ambition in me since I was 5 years old.

As I conduct performance reviews for my team and receive my own, I reflected upon my inner journey in receiving feedback. Growing up, I learned to brush off praises and compliments.
