Do you need to chase happiness?
“Happiness is something that comes. You don’t have to chase it” Do you agree with this statement? Personally, I don’t think that it is the whole truth.

When I experience negative emotions, I would find ways to move past them, to not think of them because I felt that these emotions weighed me down. When I can’t do that effectively, I blame myself for being not strong enough.

It was useful information at first. I could know whether this person read my message. If the person hasn’t read my message, what was his or her last seen status?
