Burnout for highly driven individuals
In life – there’s no 100% marks goal. Many feel lost as the goalpost isn’t as clear-cut anymore. This is when it’s so easy to internalize external expectations from other people and treat them as our goalpost.
I disagree with finding the perfect job that makes you feel like you’re “not working”
Instead of trying to find work you love so that you don’t feel like you’re working, craft a career that you deeply care about, one that you are willing to work hard for and be great at it.
Commitment to self is not just about being disciplined & hardworking
Although I am considered disciplined in the eyes of others, I struggled with being consistent in building my mindfulness & coaching business for many years. What was holding me back?
How can I find my passion?

Are you living your childhood dream or adult dream?
in many ways, I am already living my childhood dream for years and I am grateful. What I didn’t truly pause and inquire was – what’s my adult dream?
The power of future regrets
If you are consciously aware that this life is impermanent, that one day, we will all leave this earth. What will you do differently?
Should you quit or keep holding on?
All along, quitting signifies failure to me and with it, there’s shame. I never gave myself permission to quit things that I no longer like and I would judge myself. However, to what extent do we hold on to things that no longer serve us?
